As part of its mission to take cyber education to rural Rajasthan, NetSecure Foundation conducted a Cyber Shiksha Abhiyaan session at Government School, Bichpuri, Sawai Madhopur. The campaign aimed to raise awareness among schoolchildren about online scams, cyberbullying, and safe mobile phone usage.
Trainers used real-life examples and simple analogies to explain how to identify fake websites, secure social media profiles, and report suspicious messages. Posters and handouts in Hindi were distributed to ensure inclusivity for rural students.
“Awareness is the first line of defense against cybercrime. Rural communities deserve the same digital literacy as urban centers,” Mr. Mohit Sharma, Founder.
