NetSecure Foundation is a registered Section 8 non-profit organisation founded in Jaipur by cybersecurity professionals who saw a growing crisis — millions of Indians falling victim to online fraud, harassment, and cybercrime, simply because no one taught them how to stay safe. We are here to change that.
Who We Are
NetSecure Foundation is a Jaipur-based non-profit organisation dedicated to building a cyber-safe and digitally aware India.
Founded in 2025 by a team of cybersecurity professionals and educators, we saw firsthand how ordinary citizens — students, homemakers, shopkeepers, healthcare workers — were losing their savings, privacy, and dignity to cybercriminals. Not because they were careless, but because no one had ever taught them the basics of staying safe online.
We run awareness campaigns across schools, colleges, hospitals, community centres, and public spaces — in Hindi and English — reaching citizens across Jaipur, Tonk, Sikar, Dausa, and beyond.
We are registered as a Section 8 Non-Profit under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (CIN: U88900RJ2025NPL099499), headquartered in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Our mission is to empower every citizen — regardless of age, background, or literacy level — with the knowledge and confidence to use the internet safely and responsibly.
We do this by:
- Conducting cyber awareness workshops in schools, colleges, and community spaces
- Delivering digital safety training in both Hindi and English
- Running targeted campaigns for women, students, healthcare workers, and professionals
- Supporting victims of online fraud, harassment, and identity theft
- Partnering with NGOs, schools, and government bodies to scale our reach

We envision a future where every Indian citizen is cyber-aware — where no student is manipulated by a job fraud, no woman is silenced by cyberstalking, no professional is crippled by ransomware, and no senior citizen loses their savings to a UPI scam.
We are building towards Rajasthan becoming India’s most digitally aware state — a model for cyber literacy, responsible internet use, and community-driven digital safety.

Cyber Shiksha Abhiyan is NetSecure Foundation’s flagship awareness program aimed at students, teachers, and parents.
The campaign travels across schools in Jaipur, Tonk, Sikar, Dausa, and nearby districts, creating digital literacy and cybercrime awareness among the young generation.
When women are digitally strong, families become cyber secure.
TechSHEcurity is a women-centric initiative launched by NetSecure Foundation to educate and protect women from online harassment, cyberstalking, and frauds.

The Digital Immunity Drive is a state-level movement to promote cyber hygiene and awareness among professionals, youth, and businesses.
It focuses on building a “Digital Immune System” — helping people identify online threats and stay protected from scams, malware, and data leaks.
A Rajasthan-wide movement that builds digital immunity through cyber hygiene education for professionals, entrepreneurs, and youth.
Cybercrime Awareness for Healthcare & NGO Workers
The Cyber Vaccine campaign by NetSecure Foundation is designed especially for healthcare professionals, NGOs, and frontline workers who handle sensitive data and are often the target of cyber scams.
Healthcare and non-profit sectors store patient and beneficiary data, making them prime targets for phishing, ransomware, and social engineering attacks. Cyber Vaccine “immunizes” these professionals with the awareness and tools to prevent data breaches and fraud.
