If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or participate in our programmes.

Our mission is to promote cybercrime awareness, digital literacy, and online safety education across Rajasthan and India.

Donations made to NetSecure Foundation are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
• Donations are processed through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay / Instamojo / PayU). By making a donation, you also agree to the terms of the respective payment gateway
• NetSecure Foundation is eligible for 80G tax exemption under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Official receipts are issued for all donations upon request
• We are committed to using all donations exclusively for our stated mission of cybercrime awareness and digital literacy
• NetSecure Foundation does not share donor personal or financial information with third parties for marketing purposes

By applying for or participating in any NetSecure Foundation volunteer or internship programme, you agree to the following:

• Volunteer and internship positions are unpaid and do not constitute employment with NetSecure Foundation
• Participants must conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with NetSecure Foundation's values during all activities, sessions, and public engagements
• Certificates and letters of recommendation are issued at the sole discretion of NetSecure Foundation based on performance, attendance, and conduct
• NetSecure Foundation reserves the right to terminate a volunteer's or intern's association at any time for misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms
• Any content, materials, or work created by volunteers or interns during their engagement becomes the intellectual property of NetSecure Foundation unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Participants must not disclose confidential organisational information, donor details, or beneficiary information to any third party

NetSecure Foundation organises free cyber awareness sessions, workshops, and drives for schools, colleges, NGOs, corporates, and the public. By attending or hosting a session, you agree that:

• All sessions and programmes are provided free of cost to participants and are for educational purposes only
• NetSecure Foundation may photograph or record sessions for documentation, social media, and awareness purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you inform the organiser before the session begins
• Session content is provided for general awareness and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or cybersecurity consulting advice
• Organisations hosting sessions are responsible for providing a safe, inclusive environment for participants and facilitators
• NetSecure Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to the host organisation

When you submit information through our Website forms — including contact requests, volunteer applications, internship applications, or session requests — you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• You have the authority to submit the information on behalf of yourself or your organisation
• You consent to NetSecure Foundation using this information to respond to your enquiry and maintain records as required by law
